- “User”, “You”, and “Client” refer to any individual or entity using the services provided by DeskCo.space.
- “Services” include coworking spaces, private offices, executive offices, shared offices, flexible workspaces, virtual offices, meeting rooms, podcast studios, and event spaces.
3. Services
DeskCo.space provides a range of office solutions including coworking spaces, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, and event venues. Services are provided on a subscription or hourly basis, subject to availability.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment for services is due in advance through the website or at the facility. Prices may vary based on the selected services and terms of use (e.g., monthly vs hourly plans). Users must comply with the payment schedules provided at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reserved time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking, no refund will be issued. New Monthly subscriptions require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation to avoid future charges.
6. Code of Conduct
All users of DeskCo.space are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other clients. Unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
The space must be used for lawful purposes, and users are prohibited from engaging in activities that could cause harm, inconvenience, or legal issues for DeskCo.space or its clients.
7. Liability
DeskCo.space will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained while using the premises. This includes loss or theft of personal property. Clients are responsible for their belongings and agree to use the facilities at their own risk.
8. Amendments to the Terms
DeskCo.space reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
